Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation:

You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as you place your order. This confirms that we have received your order in our system. We will then contact our suppliers to verify stock availability for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you via email. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within five business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipping.

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock when you place your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund using the original payment method.

Delivery Policy:

An estimated delivery time will be provided once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, not the date of order placement. These estimates serve as guidelines and depend on order approval and acceptance. While we strive to fulfill all orders within 4 to 15 business days, actual delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, shipping method, and order size.

Business days refer to Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. We do not ship on Sundays. Products may arrive in separate shipments depending on stock availability and logistics.

In case of a product replacement, the merchant will deliver the replacement within 5 to 15 working days.
