Consultation Services
All consultation services provided by Blumdata are non-refundable once the service has been delivered. If a consultation is booked but canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
Subscription-Based Services
For any subscription services (e.g., ongoing SEO or auditing services), cancellations can be made at any time. Refunds for the remaining unused subscription period will be provided based on the subscription plan.
Digital Products and Services
For digital services such as website development, eCommerce solutions, SEO services, and AI-powered auditing, refunds may be issued under specific conditions:
If a project has not yet started or no deliverables have been provided, you are eligible for a full refund.
If work has begun but not completed, a partial refund will be provided based on the percentage of the project completed at the time of cancellation.
Once a service has been completed and deliverables have been provided, refunds are not applicable.
